Nice to meet you! 👋

I'm Manon, a UX Product Designer from Rotterdam.

I love turning complex challenges into meaningful digital experiences. I got my degree in Communication and Multimedia Design at Hogeschool Rotterdam. During this time, my passion for UX was sparked, and I focused on creating user-friendly products for people across different cultures. What I love about UX is that it’s all about adding the "human touch" to each digital experience.

My most recent work stint was at i3D.net - a Ubisoft company, where I worked on redesigning digital products and setting up a design system to make the design process run smoother. I focused on making sure the designs were functional and delightful to our users. Part of my routine was doing UX research, sharing what I learned with teams and stakeholders through presentations and workshops. By doing this, I made sure that the UX field was being understood, tangible and valuable to the company.

These days I’m working independently and tackling new design projects. I’m all about finding real-world problems and turning them into meaningful user experiences. I see each project as a chance for me to dive deep and create something new, improve something and help each other.

When I’m not designing, you’ll find me exploring new books, traveling to new places, or trying out new foods. I’m a big foodie! I also go to the gym to keep things balanced. 😉

Traveling is a huge source of inspiration for me. It’s amazing how a new place can spark fresh ideas and perspectives that I bring back into my design work. I’m also passionate about being creative while traveling. Every new destination brings new inspiration and sparks creativity, which keeps my designs fresh and innovative.

What makes me tick is blending my design skills with my love for exploration and learning. If you’re looking for a designer who brings a unique perspective and an open, professional approach to every project, let’s chat.

Oh, and I'm a huge nerd when it comes to reading. 🤓 I love learning new things, it also helps me in using my imagination and recharging my creative battery when I'm feeling creatively stunted.
